This product feels somewhat stiff and artificial, like plastic. Because it's compact, it might be better for people with fine hair. Even using hair oil, the massaging action caused pain.

This is very good, it's flexible, my son has liked it a lot, he says it doesn't scratch. This one is for my husband, I'm going to order another one for him... It seems like good material, we'll see how it continues with use.
