This is a tape that sticks on both sides. It's not delivered with just one side. The cat won't scratch there, but there would be a wrapping on the couch to prevent any scratching, and you can clearly see a lot of wear and tear on my couch.

The table cover I bought, as mentioned, is working well to hide the scratches from the cats. It's staying in place and not moving. I'm pleased with the purchase. Plus, it arrived quickly.

The product's appearance is pleasing and it blends in well. Although my cat hasn't used it yet, I suspect he won't like it because it's sticky!
