While the shipping time was lengthy, taking almost three weeks to arrive in Canada, the hair quality is good, with neat braids, no chemical smell, and no frizz. I used this hair to create a crochet wig and found it lovely. I recommend both the product and the seller.

This is my third time ordering; the braids are very good, soft, and feel like real hair. A hook and sticks are always included as a gift.

The product matches the image exactly. It was easy to install, and the quality and length are good. I used 7 and a half packets. The before and after filling results are evident. I placed the order on May 10th and received it on May 22nd.
