I am VERY happy with the device and what it can do. It meets all the needs I had (charging and discharging simultaneously, USB-C PD output) and even exceeds them - it functions as a UPS during power outages, so connected devices aren't affected when the power goes out. This battery provides power instantly! I communicated with the seller extensively, and they are EXCELLENT at answering questions. I highly recommend this product and this seller.
